The teams for the Terry Nortley Virtual Relay are below. They have been picked at random by the organiser from the list that I provided.
Between now and Sunday you need to run a 2 mile time trial, either a loop (or loops) or out and back, but it must start and finish at roughly the same point. Please email a screenshot for your Strava / Garmin etc at [email protected]
The event is organised by Vince Ashton and donations to the MS Society are welcome.
Let me know if you have any problems completing, I have one athlete in reserve.
