(0) Leave a commentThe Club’s AGM will take place at 19:30 on 25th March, 2024, at the Norden Bowling and Social Club, Trinity Street, Norden, Rochdale OL12 7RD. The venue has some parking spaces and a fully-licensed bar.
All RHAC members are invited and encouraged to attend. If you have any suggestions on how to improve our Club, or if you wish to stand for a Committee position or nominate or second a person who wishes to stand, please contact the Secretary (Richard Stirzaker, secretary@rochdaleharriers.org.uk) by Monday, 17th March 2024.
The agenda includes:
- Setting the Club membership and Training fees for the coming year;
- Review of the accounts;
- Nomination of Committee Members (see below); and
- Approval of the Club’s Constitution and Policies (all available for review at Policies | Rochdale Harriers & A.C.).
Any current Member may stand for any position (including those listed below) by contacting the Secretary not less than seven days before the AGM, in Writing.
Please also provide any comments on the Club’s Constitution and Policies to the Secretary, in writing, at least 7 days before the AGM.
