RHAC Juniors’ Running Championships, 2025
For 2025 there will be a running championship for RHAC’s Juniors age 11 to 17, with the best 3 results from up to 5 races to count. Here are the rules and the fixtures are as follows:
Fixtures: (Junior athletes need to do at least 3 of Races 1 to 5 (not all 5) to qualify):

| Race 1 | 29th April, 3rd June or 15th July 2025 | Any Cowm 5K. | Whitworth. If you do all 3 Cowm races, your best 2 results will count. Enter early as race fills quickly. This race is also in the Seniors’ Road Championships. |
| Race 2 | Monday, 5th May 2025 | Coiners Junior Fell Race | Mytholmroyd. Parking is a 15 min walk from the start. Categories are U13, U15, U17 & U19. Trail or fell shoes essential. Take full FRA Kit just in case. |
| Race 3 | 29th April, 3rd June or 15th July 2025 | Any other Cowm 5K. | Enter early as race fills quickly. This race is also in the Seniors’ Road Championships. |
| Race 4 | August 2025 | Any Peel Parkrun in August. If you do more than one in August, your best time will count. | Free parking over the road if you display a paper bar code on your dashboard. This Parkrun is also in the Seniors’ Road Championships. |
| Race 5 | October 2025. Date TBC | First South East Lancs. Cross Country Race. | Likely to be at Heaton Park. Trail shoes, fell shoes or cross country spikes are required. This race is also in the Seniors’ XC Championships. |
