Training Restart Dates for 2026

The first Seniors’ training session for 2026 will be on Tuesday, 6th January at Kingsway Sports Arena, Rochdale. Any potential, new members may contact us in advance using our Contact Us form.
Our Juniors’ Thursday sessions begin on the 8th January.
Our first Couch-to-5K course of the year (now full) begins on Tuesday, 13th January.
