Harriers Track Time Trials a Great Success (September 2024)

The sub-20 min 5,000m group 200m in, crossing the timing mat.

On Tuesday, 17th September 2024, Rochdale Harriers hosted an 800m, 3,000m and 5,000m Track Time Trial event. This was open to all runners, including unattached runners and those from other Clubs. the conditions were perfect for this chip-timed event and a large number of athletes achieved significant PBs. The 3,000m time trial started at 6:45 and was well-attended by Junior athletes. Here are the results.

The 5,000m time trial was split into groups: sub-20 min and 20-min or more. Here are the results.

One person also ran an 800m Time Trial.
